What are the benefits of having a collaborative workspace in the building?
The hybrid work modality adopted by most companies prompted the Real State Market to think about how to respond to the demand for collaborative work spaces in residential buildings.
Due to our experience in Coworking design, we were invited by Infobae to tell how these new amenities work, and what equipment they require to function properly. Below we leave you an excerpt from the note in which Marcelo Pascual explains some of the premises to take into account when designing these innovative spaces, which today represent a plus when choosing a building, whether residential or office.
Several buildings, including homes and hotels, have adapted coworking spaces in previously underutilized areas, such as parts of lobbies with excess space. Other developers choose to allocate one or several entire floors in new office buildings to this function. “This is done to add value, attract potential tenants or even as an additional business that allows the coexistence of housing and work in the same environment,” concluded Marcelo Pascual.
